Returns and Exchanges for Undies

We understand you need to know how they fit. When you receive your undies, we ask that you try them on over your own just as you would in a store. Visibly worn undies cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons. If you try and return undies with any signs of wear then we have to dispose of them and cannot issue a refund. That said, we can issue a full refund for the sum of goods and taxes (not shipping) on any full price items that have not been washed or worn within 15 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange a size or style we'll cover the cost of shipping the new item and you'll cover the cost of shipping the old item. Sale items are non exchangeable. 

Please note:

-We cannot issue a refund/exchange for heavily marked clothing. Please avoid wearing deodorant and perfumes while trying on your garment. Sometimes if markings are minor, they can be rubbed off so don't panic!
-A refund is for goods and taxes only.
-You pay for shipping to send back to us.
-To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
-Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Defected on Arrival
Photo document the situation right away and send it to us so we can further assist you.

International:
Earth and Elle will not be responsible for duty charges of returned goods.

Your Return/Exchange Checklist: 

To Return:

-Contact Us within 15 day's of product arrival stating your intent of return
-Repack the item in it's original resealable mailer
-Original tags are intact and undamaged
-Items are unwashed, unworn and free of untidy markings
-Include tracking to make sure it gets to us!
-Once we receive your return and approve of resell quality, we'll credit your refund automatically to your original source of payment.

To Exchange: 

-Follow the same steps. Once we receive your return and approve of resell quality, we will ship off the new item for free.
-Store credit is available and free shipping applies to your new item, once we receive and inspect the old item.
